Rachel Ficara, a licensed California and Nevada real estate broker, uses her 10+ years of systems and business administration experience to supervise our accounting, human resource, and investor relations departments. Additionally, she focuses on our portfolio debt and risk management. Rachel is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA candidate at the University of San Diego.
